The 3 E’s: Education, Ensight and Elevate Sales from OneAmerica

This month we are focusing on the 3 E’s:

• Education
• Ensight
• Elevate Sales

1. Education: with schools starting again, I will coin this education season, and since OneAmerica is all about education, we are kicking off our Fall series of the Regional Care Solutions Universities (CSU’s).  Like our sessions in the Spring, we are taking the CSU’s on the road to different cities in the Fall.  In an effort to bring the same great education around Asset-based LTC planning to the advisors/insurance professionals you select; however, not taking them away from their offices for 3 days when bringing them into the home office in Indy, they are now at a city near them.  Attached you will find a live map and list with the locations, dates and times that you can market to your distribution.  However space is limited and seats fill quickly, and once it is full the registrations will be closed. 
2. Ensight: the tool you have been hearing so much about, is up and rolling; you will find it in our full version software on One Source Online (OSO), but also if you have subscriptions to Ensight and Winflex Web.  This tool is working, those that are promoting or sending out quotes using the Sales Presentation button and corresponding link, more sales are happing due to easily repeatable and interactive story telling with the consumers.  Just my recommendation here, but don’t just send the quotes requests you receive, bring them to life for the producer and client!

3. Elevate Sales: this is the culmination of the 2 E’s above; and we all want to grow our sales.  Give your distribution the education needed, supply them with an incredible tool, and watch what happens!
