Big changes to the PENDING BUSINESS section on AtheneConnect took place on 11/14/22.

December 5 enhancements include: 

Pending New Business list:

  • An immediate display of all pending applications when page is loaded
  • A new visual progress bar to quickly see how far into the process an application is
  • New columns showing separate status for new business, suitability and funding
  • The ability to edit your columns to view only what you want to see
  • New CSV export options that allow you to download with or without requirements

Application details:

  • Easy access to the Document Upload tool
  • The ability to sort outstanding requirements by type
  • Additional requirement information, including details on action needed
  • Links to documents submitted through our Document Upload tool
  • Links to Athene correspondence
