NEW Account Navigator to Debut 06/21/2024
One of the goals of the OneAmerica Financial Digital Acceleration Program has been to create a consistent and connected experience for our customers. Beginning June 21 you’ll begin to see more of our customers beginning their digital journey at OneAmerica.com. Policyholders with multiple plans or policies with OneAmerica Financial will first be directed to a new feature known as the Account Navigator.
What is Account Navigator?
Account Navigator is a dashboard view for anyone who has multiple plans or policies with OneAmerica Financial. At a glance, customers go to OneAmerica.com, successfully login, and then see a dashboard of their plans/policies affiliated with their credentials. From that point, they can click into the chosen plan/policy. This includes making changes or simply to get more detail about their investments. There will be four total releases for Account Navigator, incrementally taking customers to a fully connected experience.
The Account Navigator will provide:
- Quick access back to OneAmerica.com
- View previous login details
- View quick links to additional policies associated with their credentials.
What’s next?
The second phase, the new policyholder portal is planned for launch on July 26.
In this release, policyholders will be presented with a refreshed design of their online account in the portal. The new experience will continue to provide them the information and functionality they are accustomed to while providing an intuitive and engaging design.
These new user experiences are part of the Digital Acceleration Program, a multi-year, multi-tiered program designed to transform OneAmerica Financial capabilities to match current industry trends and customer experience expectations. This provides customers, distributors, and brokers with valuable and personalized interactions. Additionally, Digital Acceleration is designed to drive sales and revenue while deepening the OneAmerica Financial relationship strategy.
