With the current interest rate environment, the value of NIW’s tranche system, and Kai-Zen’s highly attractive loan structure, we currently have an exclusive 5.65% first year loan rate for Tranche 52.

However, the Feds are anticipating a rate hike in March (the same month as Tranche 52) which may have a slight impact on our current rate commitment of 5.65%.
