Important California Forms Update Effective 02/01/23

The state of California has mandated that a new fraud warning statement be added to new policy and current policy servicing forms. 

Beginning February 1, 2023 all new business applications, for life and annuity, will require the attached endorsement. This endorsement will automatically be included in ExpertApp and will be available for paper applications 2/1.

All policy service forms for California will have the updated language incorporated and will have a revision date of 12.22.

If writing a new policy, or servicing an existing policy, beginning on February 1st – please be sure to download the new version of the forms using ExpertForms from the agent portal.
