Update to Background Check Process Effective 02/07/2024

Effective February 7, 2024, we will be transitioning the background check services from our current provider, HireRight, to a new vendor, Business Information Group (BIG). This change is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our services and provide you with the best possible support.

Please note any background checks conducted on or after February 7, 2024, will be performed by BIG. We are confident BIG will maintain the high standards of service and professionalism you have come to expect from us. 

Any New Agent Contracting Packets not completed by February 6, 2024, will have to have another packet generated. Please have prospective agents complete their packet before Tuesday, February 6^th.
