UHL Final Expense Transition Period Closed

As a reminder, Saturday, May 7th, was the close of the two week transition period where UHL/UFFL accepted the old version of our Final Expense application.

**Any paper application dated May 8th or later must be the revised version.**

Utilizing eApp will ensure you’re always using the most current version of our Final Expense application. Additionally, eApp offers agents the ability to utilize the enhancements provided by Point of Sale decisioning.

When submitting an eApp for Final Expense:

  • You no longer have to determine which product to apply for with your client! The Point of Sale underwriting process determines the best and most appropriate product.
  • The Personal History Interview is not required, except in rare instances.
  • For the Guaranteed Issue Whole Life product, you no longer need to meet with the client in person.
