IMPORTANT: Point of Sale for Protector AD Notification
The following message regarding eApp for Protector AD is very important. Please read carefully.
We are pleased to announce that on October 21, our LPOS (Life Point of Sale) decisioning process will be made available for our Protector AD product. Simply by accessing eApp through the Agent Portal, you will be able to submit your Protector AD applications using this improved process.
Due to these system upgrades, we would like to make you aware of the following:
- Any outstanding Protector AD applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET, Friday, October 20.
- eApp system will temporarily be unavailable until 2:00 PM ET, Saturday, October 21.
With this upgrade, updated Protector AD applications will be available for use, which will replace any previous versions. There will be a 2 week transition period where you can submit both revised and prior versions. Any paper Protector AD applications received in the Home Office after November 5th, 2023 must be the revised version.
