Important eSignature Tip
It has come to our attention that during the electronic signature process in eApp, some clients have been mistakenly entering their name in the “Signed at City” field. Incorrectly signed applications will result in manual underwriting reviews and delayed approvals.
Please instruct clients to input the name of the city they’re signing the application in for the “Signed at City” field. They can then adjust the State dropdown, if necessary, before clicking the “Apply eSignatures” button.
