Limitation in Viewing Recently Updated Life Beneficiary Information in PruXpress

As a part of an initiative to replace some of our legacy life infrastructure, a new service was created to track beneficiary information on Individual Life Insurance policies. As a part of the launch of these new services, a limitation was uncovered related to beneficiary information in PruXpress. Any beneficiary change request input after June 2023 is not currently feeding into PruXpress. The root cause of the issue has been identified and it will be fixed by the end of the year.
