AccessMyLab™ Switches to AccessMyHealth™

The Clinical Reference Laboratory (CRL) and Prudential are pleased to announce the next generation of online laboratory reporting for your applicants. AccessMyLab^™ transitioned to AccessMyHealth^™ on April 3, 2023. The applicant experience remains the same: two-factor authentication for security, proactive text messaging with a link to their laboratory report, an easy-to-follow report format, and the ability to download or print the report.

The lab results posted 03/31/2023 and earlier will use AccessMyLab^™. AccessMyHealth^™ will be used for lab results posted after 03/31/2023. The AccessMyLab and AccessMyHealth flyers have been updated and are available on PruXpress.
