Interview preparation checklist

The preparation checklist is now listed directly on the application’s page. When it’s time to complete the interview online, many applicants missed the PDF link, so we added a static list on the page right before the online interview. This will help applicants better understand the next steps and be more prepared for the interview.

Enhanced legal guardian access

Juvenile applications on Velocity will now recognize that the insured is a minor and a legal guardian is completing the online Part II on the juvenile’s behalf. Legal documentation showing legal guardianship of minor child(ren) is required as part of the underwriting process and some submission platform exclusions apply.
