  • Velocity customer portal: The Protective Velocity customer portal will focus primarily on our life policy applicants. Clients will be able to:
    • Complete online Part II medical questionnaires
    • Electronically sign and submit applications
    • Schedule paramedical exams
    • Review policy status and next steps
    • Accept policies
  • Instant Issue process: This process will be eligible for our PLUS approved applications. Once the interview has been completed, Protective will be able to collect application signature and issue a policy during that one call. The inforce policy will be available to the customer 48 hours later through myaccount.protective.com.
  • Improvements to EPD: The electronic policy delivery (EPD) will soon relaunch with a fresh look and new user experience for most products.
