Protective L&C Update

As of 2:00 pm ET, April 14, 2023:

• Of the original 277 transactions open, Protective has completed 257 and will have the remaining 20 finished before end of day.
• Of the 91 transactions listed as NIGO, 48 of those transactions are completed. Protective has followed up with the BGA on the remaining 43 items. 
  • Through a review of these 91 items, Protective noted a trend of missing AML training when the contracting paperwork is received.  They are happy to discuss the current process to find ways to reduce any delays caused by outstanding training requirements.
• Protective is focused on the new transaction requests received to maintain a consistent turnaround time moving forward.
