Address Changing for Policy Premium Payments

Beginning June 26, the mailing address that policyholders use to remit their policy payments for fixed life products is changing. Policyholder bills will reflect the change in remittance address and no action is needed on your behalf. Please note this only affects fixed life products (Term, Universal Life and Whole Life), and does not impact other products such as Variable Universal Life or Annuities.

Please do not send anything to the new mailing address prior to June 26.

This is the perfect opportunity to highlight our ePayments option to policyholders. They can conveniently make one-time or recurring payments at myaccount.protective.com, offering a secure and hassle-free alternative to writing checks and dealing with mailing delays.
