Reviewing the Year, and Thanking You
As the year ends, I want to thank you for your partnership, for your business, and for the trust you put in OneAmerica® to provide long term care solutions to your producers and your clients. I’m proud of what we have accomplished in 2023.
At the beginning of the year, we reorganized our sales distribution team to support you where and how you do business: at the producer level, BGA level, financial institution level, and national IMO level. We strengthened our Account Relationship Management team to enable stronger partnerships. We launched a new, first in the LTC space story telling tool with Ensight, providing our distribution partners with more than just a numerical illustration. With Ensight, we’ve created a tool that provides a personalized story for each client and a sales track that any producer can follow.
This year we also announced our relationship with USA Swimming. In January 2023, OneAmerica entered a landmark sponsorship to serve as the official sponsor of USA Swimming, expanding our reach to its more than 400,000 members and 3,000 swim clubs throughout the country. As a result, the OneAmerica name will ride the wave of USA Swimming’s visibility with our logo and brand front and center to new audiences through at least 2029.
Through increased brand awareness, we’re making it easier to connect with customers and build trust with OneAmerica and our products and services. In addition, a portion of this sponsorship will go to the USA Swimming Foundation, the philanthropic arm of USA Swimming. OneAmerica support will fund grants for learn-to-swim and competitive opportunities in communities served by historically Black colleges and universities, strengthening our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the country.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, with your partnership we protected thousands of individuals and their families against the costs associated with a long-term care need, alleviating the financial and physical burdens on families and allowing them to focus on the emotional, loving aspect of being there for a loved one. Again, thank you for your partnership. I wish you continued selling success and a very happy holiday season.
