To this end, I’m pleased to announce a new addition to our leadership team that will not only put an exclamation point on 2020, but also speak to our future and where we’re heading.

Earlier this week, we welcomed Mark Scalercio as Head of ILFS Distribution. In this role, Mark will lead sales and distribution across all channels, aligning sales teams and distribution partners with innovative growth strategies and strengthening our position with customers as a valued and trusted resource. Mark will evaluate how to best invest in our sales organizational structure, leverage digital operating platforms to promote advice-driven customer value, and expand our strategies to cultivate a diverse distribution network – positioning us for the next generation of innovation and growth in distribution.

In addition to his extensive distribution experience and proven track record, Mark has a passion and energy for finding new market opportunities, growing and diversifying distribution channels, and leveraging data. He started his career as an insurance wholesaler and spent time in retirement sales, but most recently served as head of sales at RiverSource. Mark’s commitment to relationships makes him a great fit for OneAmerica, and he’s ready to hit the ground running to empower our sales teams and distribution partners to grow and flourish. We’re excited to welcome Mark, who is poised and prepared to capitalize on opportunities that will advance our business.

Mark’s addition also speaks to the deep commitment we have to you, our distribution partners.
