Introducing a New Digital Design Experience for Policyholders

One of the goals of the Digital Acceleration Program has been to create a consistent and connected experience for our customers. That starts with logging in to our newly-branded Oneamerica.com.

When logging in, policyholders will see a refreshed design of their online account. This will continue to provide them the information and functionality they are accustomed to while providing an intuitive and engaging design. 

The work seen initially this Summer is the first step to creating an improved policyholder experience. You can expect to continue seeing enhancements and new functionality delivered to our customers over time.

In June those customers with multiple plans or policies with OneAmerica Financial℠ will first be directed to the new dashboard view. This is known as the Account Navigator. Once successfully logged in, they will see a dashboard of their plans/policies affiliated with their credentials and can select their chosen plan/policy. 

The policyholder portal is part of the overall Digital Acceleration Program, a multi-year, multi-tiered program designed to transform OneAmerica Financial capabilities to align with current industry trends and customer experience expectations.
