Exciting Enhancements Announcement

In response to a rapidly evolving insurance market, I am happy to inform you of some exciting enhancements to better support our distribution partners in 2023.  Here are some bullet points of the changes: 

  • OneAmerica will provide coordinated support at both the Account and Producer levels
  • At the BGA account level, 12 Regional Account Directors will provide the account level support to grow sales, develop marketing campaigns, provide product training and maximize the partnership potential with OneAmerica 
  • At the Producer level, we will have 18 Regional Sales Directors embedded physically within their territory, partnering & supported by 18 Internal Sales Partners
    • This is an increase of 3 new territories and adding 7 Internal Sales Partners
  • These RSDs will provide local support for regional meetings, product training, lunch and learns, advisor meetings, client seminars, client sales support, virtual meetings, and point of sales assistance
  • The Regional Account Directors and Regional Sales Directors will work in concert to expand opportunities and support at both the firm and local producer level
