• All FL annuity applications must also include the appropriate variation of the Florida Disclosure and Comparison of Annuity Contracts form, I-21393 (Product Name) (FL) at time of application. All forms & application platforms will be updated shortly.
• Best Interest training is available in Indiana and Vermont – Existing producers must update their training by January 1, 2025 in Indiana, and January 5, 2025 in Vermont. New producers must take the four-hour training before solicitation of annuity applications.
