Pending Business default
Instead of directing you to the legacy application, the enhanced version of Pending Business will soon be the default view when you log in, so that you can have easy access to the modernized application.
eBusiness update reminders
A recent update to SimpleSubmit® prompts you to re-enter your agent and profile code when filing out your first new application after August 10, 2024. The first field is for your agent code and the second field is for the profile code. SimpleSubmit® will save your information for future applications. Additionally, before running your next illustration, be sure to update your profile in iPipeline with your name, email, and phone number to ensure your illustrations remain in good order.
Important notice
Staff user access clean up Starting December 1, 2024
As part of our commitment to website security and protecting your information, we will clean up inactive staff user accounts.
What you need to know:
- Action required: If you’ve set up staff users (or delegates) through Access Entitlement, any staff user who hasn’t logged in over the past year will have their access deactivated.
- Clean-up date: Starting December 1, 2024, we will deactivate staff user accounts that haven’t logged in within the last year.
- Prevent deactivation: Ensure any necessary staff users log in before December 1, 2024, to avoid being included in the clean-up.
Reminder:
You can manage your staff users at any time, including:
- Adding new staff users
- Resetting passwords
- Deactivate staff users
- Updating access (enabling/disabling access to specific applications)
