Update to Management Insights Effective 05/18/21

North American is excited to announce an update to Management Insights, an online tool to help you manage your business. Management Insights is your resource for data on submitted and paid totals, persistency and more.

Effective Tuesday May 18, all report data within Management Insights will be consolidated to
the agent code level, which means:

• If agents have business under more than one profile, it will now be combined to show a grand total
• Agents that run some of their business through a corporation will also see their production included in their total

Regardless of the profile selected, the report will be the same view to make it easier to find what you need and eliminate the need to add totals from different profiles.
