Pending Business Update

North American is continuing to add exciting new features and enhancements to the new Pending Business dashboard, and most recently rolled out the following updates: 

• Additional status information for eDelivery requirements
• NEW! Status tracker for a high-level overview of case progress
• Section showing if the Waiver of Premium and Children’s Term riders were applied for 
• Link added to view the policy packet within the case card, available to view until 14 days after the case is in force 

ADDvantage^® Term cases you submit may be available on the enhanced Pending Business with these new enhancements so be sure to take a look!
