Like you, we continue to hear about data breaches in the news and we want to help you protect your (and your customers’) data and personal information. While our Company has not been the subject of a data breach, we know that producers have been targeted give the large amount of personally identified information they safeguard. Once a fraudster has your customers’ information, they will then try to attack all of their accounts. We’ve also been notified recently by some of our producers that their email addresses were compromised following data breaches with other online entities, so it’s important that you be vigilant and that we share some best practices.
