We have heard your frustrations regarding the lack of clarity on initial premium returns for new life insurance policies. We understand the importance of timely resolution and are committed to addressing this issue.

In collaboration with our support areas, we’ve implemented a daily process to alert our case managers about returned initial premiums. This initiative will enhance transparency across our teams and empower us to promptly address any issues.

Our dedicated case managers have already begun reaching out to resolve any returns due to insufficient funds. In cases where a new PAC form is required, we will notify the case contact via email, highlighting the necessary steps for reinstatement.

We are thrilled to share that many agents and case contacts have been responsive, swiftly redrafting policies to reinstate them. This positive trend shows that our efforts are making a difference.
