The Dental Network
Mutual of Omaha offers two dental plans* Mutual Dental Preferred℠ and Mutual Dental Protection℠ insurance policies with an optional vision care rider** underwritten by Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. The dental product is available in all states except Massachusetts and New York.
Provider Network-DenteMax Plus
Mutual of Omaha dental insurance is offered in association with the DenteMax Plus dental network arrangement. It is a national network that provides members with more than 406,000 dental provider locations, offering high quality credentialed dentists, specialists, and their practices with cost-effective prices and savings. This includes participating dentists from the DenteMax, United Concordia Dental, and Connections Dental*** networks. DenteMax provides peace of mind for members with predictable fee schedules, typically lower than dentists’ usual charges; delivering savings every time they visit an in- network, DenteMax dentist.****
Visit www.dentistsforme.com/mutualofomaha to see if your dentist is in the network. The network is updated weekly, so make sure you are checking to see if a dentist is in network. If a dentist is not in network, you may be able to find another great dentist in your area who is. Or to nominate a dentist to the DenteMax Plus network, call our Dental Plan Service Line at 855-218-1466.
