System Maintenance This Weekend
This weekend one of our vendors will be conducting a system update that will impact our Automated Underwriting decisions for Life e-Apps. You will still be able to submit an e-application during this upgrade.
The planned maintenance will last from 11:00 p.m. (CST) Friday, August 11, 2023, through 6:00 a.m. (CST) Sunday, August 13, 2023.
During the maintenance window, you will see a high number of “refer” point-of-sale decision on all Life product business submitted.
Our Underwriting Team will look at the applications submitted during this period beginning August 14th.
Outage Details
- Friday, August 11, 2023, 11:00 p.m. (CST) through 6:00 a.m. (CST) Sunday, August 13, 2023.
- For consideration of additional time zones, the outage windows will be:
- Eastern – 12:00 a.m. Friday through 7:00 a.m. Sunday
- Mountain – 10:00 p.m. Friday through 5:00 a.m. Sunday
- West Coast – 9:00 p.m. Friday through 4:00 a.m. Sunday
