New Business Applications Available for Colorado Effective 03/15/23

Last week we communicated that we have new lower rates in Colorado. The effective date for the e-App and new business is March 15, 2023. Below you will find the new paper application for Colorado. You are free to use the application now but remember the app will not be processed until after the effective date of March 15, 2023. The application can also be found on Sales Professional Access (SPA), under Forms and Materials.

The United of Omaha Medicare supplement applications will be available on the e-App March 15, 2023. Upon its availability, the old underwriting company e-Application will no longer be available. Start using the e-Application today!
