Mutual Income Solutions Dashboard Update

Recently, we notified you of a system issue with the Mutual Income Solutions Dashboard.  We have identified the issue and resolved it.
 
The ability for the Marketer to see their producer’s business via the hierarchy view was disabled. With the issue now resolved, you are once again able to manage your producer’s business. 

What that means:
MGA – You are now able to view any quotes or e-applications submitted by your writing agents. You can also create new quotes to send to writing agents.

Agents – You can enter, submit cases and view your cases on the dashboard as normal and your Marketer will again be able to view these cases.
