e-App Maintenance for Long-Term Care and Critical Advantage

Mutual of Omaha, Critical Illness, Long Term Care

This weekend Paperless Solutions Group (PSG) will be conducting a required system maintenance update. During the maintenance window, the Long-Term Care and Critical Advantage e-applications will be inaccessible.

The planned maintenance will last from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. (CST) Sunday, September 24^th.

For consideration of additional time zones, the outage windows will be:

- Eastern – 6 a.m. through 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24th
- Mountain – 4 a.m. through 12 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 24th
- Pacific – 3 a.m. through 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 24th

There will be a message on Sales Professional Access as well.

After the brief outage, you will be able to access the e-applications and submit business as usual.
