Transition Rules
Critical Advantage applications in New Mexico must be signed by the customer and received in the home office by December 22, 2023. Any applications signed or received after December 22, 2023 (regardless of date received) will not be accepted.  We will not make any exceptions to these dates.

• Applications for Critical Advantage in NM must be signed on or before and received in the home office by December 22, 2023.
• New Mexico Critical Advantage applications must be approved and placed on or before December 29, 2023.
• Pending applications as of December 29, 2023 will be incomplete and backdating is not allowed

Applications
Critical Advantage applications for the state of New Mexico will not be available on Forms and Materials or the e-App after Friday, December 22, 2023.
