Annuity Form Changes

We have made some updates to our Annuity Non-Natural Owners and Corporate Owners disclosure form (L8165_0322) as well as our Trust Certification form (AFN33502_0322). These updates are simply to make these forms consistent when a trust will be set up as the annuity owner. Both forms should be filled out for trust ownership of an annuity. The updated forms are now available on SPA.
