Amplifon Hearing Aid Discount Expires 01/31/21
Effective January 31, 2021 the discount offers for $50 off one hearing aid or $125 off two hearing aids will expire. A new flyer from Amplifon Hearing Health Care is now available for download and ordering through normal ordering channels.
The updated flyer will also be included in Medicare supplement and Dental enrollment kits, starting in January 2021, replacing the existing version. The form number for this flyer will remain the same, just with a new revision date (290277_1120).
The other components of this value-added program will remain the same and include:

- Battery support
- Follow up care
- A three-year warranty
