Rate Changes Effective 02/15/21

Exciting News! We have some rate changes on 2/15:

• Opti Blend 10-the 1 Year S&P 500 DRC is now going to a 1% Spread! on $100K+ Band 
• SPIA and DIA Rates are going up

Two sample quotes attached (Optiblend Acc & Optiblend 5% WD), page 4 shows a 30 year average return over 5%!  Page 7 shows performance during an “up market” with a 7.8% average and a “down market” with a 3.48% average return!
