Lafayette Life Distribution Support Changes for 2025

Greetings and Happy New Year! All of us at Lafayette Life hope you enjoyed the holiday season and are looking forward to the fresh opportunity of a new year.

I’m writing to inform you of important updates to Lafayette Life’s Distribution Support Team for 2025. Effective immediately, we are happy to announce changes to our wholesaling team that will better serve you and your business. These changes impact all of our sales regions, so please be sure to review our updated regional map.

First, we are excited to welcome Andrew Cromer as Vice President of Sales. Andrew comes to us from his previous role as Vice President of Sales at our sister company at Western & Southern Financial Group, Columbus Life. Andrew worked with Columbus Life for 20 years in a variety of sales and management roles helping them to achieve continuous growth. We are excited for Andrew to share his unique insights and abilities with Lafayette Life and look forward to his success in our own growth. Andrew will manage most of our Regional Sales Vice Presidents and will report to me. 

We congratulate Tanya Elliott and Paul Laible for each of their promotions. Tanya is promoted to National Accounts Sales Vice President and will support several of our key national distribution partners. Tanya has worked with Lafayette Life for 18 years, originally managing internal operations and new business before transitioning to multiple sales roles where she has excelled in growing our business for her assigned regions. Paul Laible is promoted to Regional Sales Vice President for Region 5. Paul joined Lafayette from within the WSFG enterprise in 2023 as a Hybrid Wholesaler where he has helped his regions flourish. We know his keen aptitude for sales will greatly serve the agents of Region 5. 

Finally, we are pleased to announce the addition of Gene Luther as Internal Wholesaler for Region 3, partnering with Sr. RSVP Mark Oechsner and Hybrid Wholesaler Brian Shaw. Gene has joined us from Western & Southern Life where he served as an accomplished Sales Representative. Prior to W&S Gene has worked in numerous sales positions as well as served seven years in the U.S. Air Force. Gene is licensed in Life & Health and is an excellent addition to the team.

In addition to these changes, we have made some adjustments to all of our wholesaling territories and your Lafayette Life support team has potentially changed. Please review the updated Regional Map and do not hesitate to contact the Sales Desk with any questions. We will also be sending subsequent messages detailing changes to all states impacted.
