Lafayette Life’s Retirement Services has prepared several exciting updates designed to improve our plan proposal and installation process making it simpler and easier to understand. We have enhanced our Proposal Request Form, Plan Installation Packet, and Fee Schedule and Services Agreement. All of these documents will look familiar but have been revised to be more user-friendly. We’ve made the following improvements:

- Streamlined to include essential info and eliminate unnecessary/redundant questions
