To help you bring that message to more clients more effectively, we’re expanding our Distribution force by adding to our local and regional teams as well as internal sales support. You will be hearing more from us about what these changes mean for you and your business, but at a high level, here’s how we plan to offer you more in-market, local support:

  • Our wholesale team is doubling — growing from 17 to 37 by year end.
  • Included in that expansion, we’re introducing a new role, regional directors (RDs), who will partner with the regional vice presidents (RVPs) you work with every day, allowing us to better meet your needs locally with consistent, high-quality support.
  • We’re also adding in-house, solution-specific specialists who will be your experts when we bring a new solution to market.
