GERBER LIFE’S COMPLIANCE COMMITMENT

Gerber Life Insurance Company is committed to fair and ethical sales practices for all its customers.  Gerber Life is also committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations, as well as creating and implementing policies and procedures to reasonably establish compliance.  Agents appointed by Gerber Life are expected to uphold these principles and follow the guidelines as set forth in this manual, as well as other agent communications from Gerber Life.  A breach of these guidelines by an agent can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of contract and appointment with Gerber Life.
