Our Collateral Assignment Process is Getting an Upgrade Effective 07/10/2024
Legal & General America is pleased to announce improvements to our collateral assignment process for business cases, effective July 10. This streamlines process is designed to enhance efficiency and clarity for you and your team.
What’s new:
- Initial notification: You’ll receive an email when an application is submitted for collateral coverage.
- Second notification: A follow-up email will be sent once the insurance policy is underwritten and an offer is made.
- Coversheet addition: A new coversheet for the collateral security agreement form has been included to ensure all assignments are accurately processed.
These changes will allow your team to promptly prepare the necessary forms for collateral assignment and stay updated throughout the progress of the application.
