Traditional and Digital New Business Case Management

  • 100% of the traditional pipeline of work is within day 2 or better.
  • 100% of the digital pipeline of work is within day 2 or better.
  • NB (both digital and traditional) Oldest working date of 1/15/21.
  • As of 1/20/21 we are working emails received on 1/15/21 or after.
  • We would kindly ask that if you sent an email on 1/15/21 or after that you do not send another so we are able to clear the pipeline. We will be responding to your original email shortly. 

Traditional Underwriting 

  • 53% of our pipeline work is within day 2 or better.
  • 72% of our pipeline work is within day 3 or better.
  • 88% of our pipeline work is within day 4 or better.
  • 97% of our pipeline work is within day 5 or better
  • By the end of the day, the oldest work will be from 1/12/21 or after.

Digital Underwriting 

  • 51% of the work is within day 2 or better.
  • 76% of the work is within day 3 or better.
  • 84% of the work is within day 4 or better
  • 92% of the work is within day 5 or better.
  • By the end of the day, the oldest work will be from 1/12/21 or after.

Underwriting News

  • Oldest date is 1/8/21 for both traditional and digital.
  • By end of the day, the oldest date should be 1/12/21.
  • UW continues to make progress on both Traditional and Digital sides.
  • We remain hyper-focused on working the oldest items.
  • With our aggressive efforts, we hope to have 70% of UW within 3 days and 100% within 5 days by the end of the week.

Case Management News

  • NB is solidly within our published SLAs, having 100% of our work within day 2 or better.
