Important Change to ‘Unique Agency URL’
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best digital experience possible, we’re making a new change to our Unique Agency URL. For those who may not be familiar with this URL, its been used by advisors to drop a ticket without having to log into our Partner Dashboard. The URL linked the advisor directly to the ‘Broker Worksheet‘ within the ‘New Ticket‘ process.
What is the change for those who are currently using a Unique Agency URL?
If you’re currently using a Unique Agency URL to submit business, starting May 12, you will be redirected to the ‘Agent Information’ section on the digital application where you can complete the application online together with your client. When completing an app with your client, there are additional options now available to schedule a phone interview or send your client a link to complete the application themselves online, giving you complete control over the application process.
How do I obtain a Unique Agency URL?
To have a Unique Agency URL created, please contact your sales team representative. Please note that this is only available to direct access General Agencies.
Unique Agency URL Benefit
- Advisors do not have to be appointed with LGA to fill out the application. Licensing can be done in parallel with the application being processed
- User names and/or passwords are not required to access the application
- Agency information is prepopulated in the application
