Year-end is fast approaching! We’re here to help you meet your annual production goals. To ensure your business is processed as quickly as possible, please note these important year-end dates and deadlines.
Year-end processing deadlines and holiday closures:
| Thursday, November 23 | Closed |
| Friday, November 24 | Closed |
| Tuesday, December 19 | Closed starting 3 p.m. CT |
| Friday, December 15 | Written withdrawal requests (including RMDs) must be received in good order to be processed prior to year-end. Verbal requests will be accepted through Thursday, December 21. |
| Wednesday, December 20 | Producers submitting business must be properly licensed, fully contracted and appointed with Athene for business to be processed prior to year-end. This includes the completion of all required compliance training. |
| Wednesday, December 20 | New business will be issued prior to year-end if the following items are received in good order: Transfer/1035 funds |
| Friday, December 22 | Closed |
| Monday, December 25 | Closed |
Holiday commission payment schedule:
| Wednesday, November 22 | Commissions for business issued on November 22 will be released from Athene on November 27. Depending on your bank, funds may be available in your account on November 28. |
| Thursday, December 21 | Commissions for business issued on December 21 will be released from Athene on December 26. Depending on your bank, funds may be available in your account on December 27. |
| Friday, December 29 | Last commission cycle for 2023. This commission will be reflected on the 2023 1099. Commission for all business issued and paid on December 29 will be released from Athene on January 2. Depending on your bank, funds may be available in your account on January 3. |
| Monday, January 1 | Closed |
