Updated Suitability Guidelines
Our updated Standard of Care Guidelines for Producers is now live on the Athene portal and updated in Firelight.
From feedback we have received over the past few years, we have also taken this opportunity to improve the Standard of Care Guidelines by adding:
- A table of contents for easier navigation
- All calculations that Athene uses, with examples
- More detailed information regarding our suitability guidelines
- Information regarding when a client and/or producer letter of explanation would be needed
- Details on our decline reconsideration process
- Suitability by ownership type, etc.
