Updated Request for Funds Form Effective 10/28/2023

We’re retiring our Request for Funds form (13405, Ver. 03/18) and replacing it with the Acord form (951, Ver. 10/23). Acord form 951 is an industry standard form which should help make it easier to use and reduce NIGOs. This form will be available on Athene Connect beginning October 28 and should be used immediately.

Applications with the Request for Funds form received after market close (3 p.m. CT) on November 28, 2023, will be considered “not in good order.” Be sure to use up-to-date materials when offering Athene annuities.

Please note: This change does not impact the eApp and Order Entry platforms that currently contain the Acord 951e form.
