Producer Authorization Now Includes Contracts Owned by Non-Person Entities

Previously, we implemented Producer Authorization which allows clients to authorize the producer of record and/or support staff to make specific contract changes on their behalf. We’re excited to announce that this authorization now extends to non-person entity contracts (trusts, estate, LLC, etc.).

Please note:

• Availability of Producer Authorization must be pre-approved by your sales organization. Please contact your sales organization to verify if you and your support staff have approval.
• Forms and processes related to non-person entities are not impacted by this change.
