New Back-Office Reports Now Available

We’ve created three new reports for back-office users or those with a downline. These reports can be found in “Downline Reports” under the “My Business” tab on Athene Connect. Where available, Downline Reports provide an aggregated view of the following:

• Appointments
• Hierarchy
• Training

For each report, you have the option to either generate a full downline report, including yourself, or search your downline to create a filtered report. Once you’ve selected and clicked “Generate Report,” you’ll receive a confirmation message and email when your report is ready.

Once it is ready, you can access the report with the email link or by selecting the “My Recent Reports” tab.
