Firelight Enhancements 02/25/23
Over the past year, we have invested in not only people but also our systems to help you have a smoother new business experience. I am very pleased to say that our New Business processing has been back to Normal SLA’s since the End of October of 2022.

Presently, we are sufficiently staffed to process $25 Billion of annuity sales and continue to hire new people and improve our systems. As part of that process improvement, I wanted to share with you a few Firelight enhancements that will go into place over the weekend. We continue to improve our processes to help improve your business and cycle times. These changes are meant to help get those e-apps in house and processed with no NIGO’s and to get as much information upfront.
Effective 2/25/23 there will be “pop-ups” or acknowledgements that the producer may see as they fill out the application. These pop-ups will not stop the application from being submitted, however, it is a way to verify that what the advisor has selected is accurate. This will save additional verification once the application is in house.
Also, if a contract is an internal replacement or the annuitant/joint annuitant’s age is 75 or greater for an FIA sale, an additional question will be generated informing the user that a client call is required prior to suitability being approved and will link to the Client Call Flyer.
