Enhanced Income Benefit Coming to Additional States Effective 09/23/23

Great news! The states and product(s) listed below are adding the Enhanced Income Benefit to applications signed on or after September 23, 2023. 

• Athene Agility^SM: CT, DC and IL
• Athene Ascent^SM Pro: AK, CT, DC, HI, ID, IL, MN, NJ, OR, PA, UT and WA
• Athene Ascent^SM Pro 10 Bonus: AK, CT, DC, HI, ID, IL, MN, NJ, OR, PA, UT and WA

COD updates

We’ve updated our Certificates of Disclosure (CODs) to incorporate these changes.* The revised CODs (Ver. 09/23) will be available on Athene Connect by September 23, 2023, and should be used immediately. Applications with outdated or missing forms received after market close (3 p.m. CT) on October 23, 2023, will be considered “not in good order.”

* States not listed above may also be impacted by the COD updates. Be sure to use up-to-date materials when offering Athene annuities.
