Enhanced FireLight Suitability Experience Effective 03/24/23

FireLight suitability enhancements coming March 24.

Florida only: additional FireLight enhancements coming April 21. 

Athene is committed to providing a strong suitability program for our sales partners. That’s why we’re enhancing our FireLight^® suitability experience to further help reduce NIGO (not in good order) status updates. For example, beginning March 24, front-end suitability verification will be completed by FireLight to catch common NIGOs where Athene must go back to the producer and/or customer for corrections. This is just one way upcoming improvements will help reduce NIGOs where you must get corrections after the application has been submitted which can help reduce processing times.

Please note that the enhancements to the front-end Suitability verification do not replace the full Suitability reviews performed after submission.
