e-Delivery Updates: Doing Business with Athene Just Got Easier

e‑Delivery is an eco‑friendly way to submit and receive business requirements. We’ve recently introduced a series of significant improvements to our e‑Delivery processes in order to make it easier for you and your clients to do business with us. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Improved automated emails provide clearer and more concise messaging
  • Better integration between Athene Connect and external order entry systems provide an enhanced workflow experience with easier access to online documentation
  • Updated e‑Delivery consent process provides an easier, more intuitive enrollment experience

Your clients provide automatic consent to be enrolled in e‑Delivery when an email address is provided in the e-sign form provided with an e‑application.

A new question has been added to both our e‑applications and paper applications asking if your client would like to be enrolled in e‑Delivery — putting the control back in your clients’ hands.
